  • We currently do not offer a free plan. We want customers to have access to an amazing editor but to do so, we are not able to offer a free plan.

  • Loteria Studio was designed to be used on a desktop or laptop. It may not work properly on a mobile device.

  • We currently do not offer this service but we are adding this feature in the future.

  • You have 5 days to request a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our product. No refunds will be accepted for subscription renewals. Request a refund using this form.

  • Templates are available for Premium users and they have a theme and list of words included. Images are not included in the templates.
