Loteria Studio allows Premium subscribers to sell the custom Lotería game sets they create, under the following conditions.

By subscribing to the Premium plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Who Can Sell Lotería Sets?

Only active Premium subscribers have permission to sell Lotería sets made using Loteria Studio.
Free users may create sets for personal or educational use, but may not sell them.

What You Can Do

As a Premium user, you may:

• Sell custom printable or digital Lotería sets created with your own text and/or images using Loteria Studio

• List your sets on platforms like Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, or your own website

• Use your sets in paid classroom materials or kits

Attribution is optional but appreciated:
“Created with Loteria Studio”

What You Cannot Do

Even as a Premium user, you may not:

• Sell or share downloadable content, sample boards, or default assets provided by Loteria Studio

• Distribute blank boards or unedited templates

• Sell sets that still include the Loteria Studio logo — this must be removed before selling

• Share your login or subscription with others

• Use the app for client work, publishing, or mass production without written permission

Important Notes

• You retain ownership of your original, customized creations.

• Loteria Studio retains all rights to the platform, template designs, icons, and downloadable materials.

• We may update this license from time to time. You will be notified of major changes.
